Etsuko Mizui PMP, has been with PMI Japan Chapter since 2011 and became a director for Japan Chapter from 2018 where she has studied in Japan Chapter focusing on project and program manager’s competency in Community of Practice. In addition, she has contributed and supported the development of PMCDF (Project Manager Competency Development Framework) 3rd Edition as a SME reviewer. As a professional, she has a wealth of experience as a project and program manager spanning multiple industries which include Automobile, Electronics and Energy industries during the past two decades with IBM Japan.
