Chirabrata Majumder is an accomplished Project Management professional having nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in various facets of Digital Business Transformation, with focus on Future of Work.
He is an SME in Strategic Resource Management Programs, Process Analysis and Tools deployment Projects in different areas of HR Business processes. Chirabrata have worked in different domain of Transformation Business and have core competence in Post-Merger Integration for M&A Transformation Programs. 
Chirabrata is also an accomplished Life-Skill Trainer and takes keen interest in High-Impact Trainings in the areas of Talent development.
Chirabrata is currently working with Ericsson Global Services, as Senior Manager – Resources Management. He working in one of the global Digital Transformation Program of Ericsson as Transformation Driver. During the initial phase of the program he was based out of Kista, Stockholm. He was also associated with this Program as SCRUM Coach and Release Manager. Chirabrata has worked with leading IT Services companies like Cognizant, IBM and Ushacomm Technologies to name a few.
Chirabrata also takes keen interest in the areas of volunteering. He is Board Member of PMI West Bengal Chapter. He manages the Corporate and Academy Outreach activities. He has managed to increase the Volunteering Connect and Volunteering Engagement of the Chapter to higher numbers. He is also playing a major role to integrate the Project Management fundamentals and basics to Social Projects and Community based Engagements.
Chirabrata is based out of Kolkata India, and he is also involved with other volunteering agencies like Rotary International.
