Beth Ouellette, CEO, The Ouellette Group, works with teams across the globe implementing value-added Portfolio, Program and Project Management best practices. Combining business management and technology skills, she has been successful assisting executive teams with organizational strategy, alignment of programs to strategy, and outlining processes to deliver on those strategies. Whether the methodology is traditional, agile, or hybrid, the best practices which fit the organizational will be discovered, outlined, and implemented. Many custom-tailored training programs have been delivered across the globe. Some include Negotiating through Change, Strengthening Team Communications, Establishing a Strategic PMO, Data Management, and Certification Training. She partners to deliver DMM Assessments, providing a “reality check” of the organizations current-state, and a going-forward plan toward the organization to its desired state. Her presentations and writings are global and varied. She presented at PMI’s Leadership Institute Meeting for the past several years, the PMI National Congress 2014, 2016, LIM 2016-18, multiple Chapter Events 2007-2017, multiple Project Zone conferences 2009 - 2013, Project Management Forum, PMINJ Seminar@Sea, Delivering Project Excellence, CIO Forum, Enterprise Application Strategy Conference, IT World Congress, Women in Technology, and Women in Computing. She is published in Brazil, Canada, India and USA. PMI member since 2000, volunteer since 2006. She received the “Component Leadership” of the Year Award in 2010 for work with the PMINYC Chapter and the “Distinguished Contributor Award of the Year” in 2009 for the Content Integration Analyst work on the PMI Standards Teams. Currently she serves on the CMAG (2016-2019) making contributions to chapters globally; 2017 Co-Chaired the Committee to build a collaborative bridge between the PMIEF and PMI Chapters. Other recent roles include: Requirements Management Steering Committee (2012-2014), Requirements Management CoP Lead (2012-2015).
